ABOUT THE Eastern Junior ALLIANCE (EJA) FOOTBALL
The EJA is a football league for players under 13 and up. The league focuses on developing players so they can move up to the club's first team and even beyond. The EJA has high standards for players and coaches, similar to professional academies.
The EJA wants to create a professional environment. This means having dress codes, good changing facilities, and hospitality after matches. They want to teach players how to behave on and off the field.
The EJA values respect and discipline. They want everyone to be their best and show good sportsmanship. The league wants matches to be competitive but not just about winning. They want everyone to have fun and support the league's goals
